Here it didnt cause BSOD but that annoying high pitch sound freeze, if i raised advanced timings a bit or lowered my OC it stopped. Not nviidia best I have no other crashes whatever the application and I have tested the stability of my computer with hours and hours of Prime95 and OCCT.
